I'm surprised nobody has posted here yet. I just joined a few minutes ago... actually, I joined "private pilots" & "aviation" as well.

I haven't flown GA for a little over 4 years and haven't instructed just as long. I updated my CFI about 2 years ago and am due again next month. I don't like the on-line courses, so I think I'm going to attend one of these state-sponsored free seminars. I just have to get a weekend off from my job.

I started flying in 1994 and have a bunch of ratings, including ATP. I even have a float rating. I'd like to get my sailplane ticket soon, perhaps this summer. Any suggestions regarding sailplanes? I hear there are good schools down in Arizona. A friend of mine lives in RNO and got his there.
